If you're quiet enough

You'll hear yourself and surprise you how much depth you have.
You'll also get to hear your mind think before you respond to stimulus.
You will maximize your senses and become aware of your surroundings better. You'd be surprise to find out that that one thing you've been looking for has always been there all along.
You appreciate things better, because you wait before anything.
Most importantly, if you are quiet enough, you'll be a good listener.

My life recently feels like its been taken from a fiction book; so many surprises in the ordinary. I am at the point where in I am brave enough to look back and admire the gory trails I passed by.

Lesson learned: Perhaps, pain is something constant however, it is not a contingent for happiness. Happiness, also is not the absence of other emotions, but acceptance and enjoyment of all else available to us.
